We will not be responsible for an misplaced order due to incorrect or missing shipment details. Orders being shipped within Ontario and Quebec qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of $5 applies to all orders being shipped outside Ontario and Quebec but within Canada. A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders being shipped to USA. We currently only ship to Canadian and American addresses. All items are tax free.

Most of our items are shipped in Canada Post and delivery times follow Canada Post's standard delivery times. The customer is responsible for any import duties and/or customs fees. We are not responsible for any packages held by custom agencies. Check with your local customs office to determine their procedures and potential charges for international orders. Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date and customers are responsible for any associated return costs. To submit a return request, please send an email to select.aesthetics@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and will be returned in the original form of payment. Please note that due to health and sanitary reasons, hats and scarves cannot be returned and will be final order. If however, you receive a hat and/or scarf that is damaged, please send an email to select.aesthetics@gmail.com with pictures of the damage within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.
